Shipping Policy:
Please allow up to 48 hours for your items to ship. Market Street Shoes will notify you by email with a tracking number as soon as your items ship. For any special shipping requests please contact us at customerservice@marketstreetshoes.com and we will do our best to accommodate, please know that additional cost may apply.

Return Policy:
Market Street Shoes will accept returns within 45 days from the date of purchase with receipt, in unworn resalable condition, and in original packaging. The item must be returned in original shipping box. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Products returned to Market Street Shoes that do not meet our return policy standards will be returned to the customer at their own expense. Products may also be returned at our Ballard location.

Refund Policy:
Market Street Shoes will process refunds when items have been received or customer service has been notified of a cancellation. 

Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel or change your order please do so within 24 hours of placing your order by contacting us at customerservice@marketstreetshoes.com. When cancelling or changing order please include your order number. Cancellations or changes made after 24 hours may not be permitted.
